Our opinion work aims to 1) give publicly owned city networks and regional networks the prerequisite to be market players in the telecom sector 2) create conditions to meet the broadband goals.

The work has two dimensions, internal and external. The internal opinion work is aimed at our owners and other stakeholders in the region, and in the municipalities. It is important to have a continuous dialogue to create a good understanding and thus good conditions.

The external public opinion work is mainly about influencing our authorities to make good decisions and thereby provide the right conditions for the city network activities, but also to achieve the broadband goals. The advocacy work is conducted in close collaboration with the city networks in Norrbotten and industry organizations.
