The project aims to contribute to the goals established by the European Union, the Swedish Government, and regional authorities, ensuring that everyone has access to reliable and high-speed Internet connectivity through a stable IT infrastructure. Norrbotten is a sparsely populated region, which results in higher connection costs per user than in more densely populated areas. The project will ensure that opportunities are created for all citizens to gain access to a robust and reliable Internet connection.
